Paulette Kirkham is a dear friend of mine who is a lifter in all aspects. Not only is she the inspiration behind Lifting the Lifters, but she has been a source of wisdom, truth, and support for many years. She is a wife, mother of 2, grandmother of 4, and a professor at BYU-Idaho where she “mothers” hundreds of students. In this episode, we talk about womanhood, motherhood, and so much more!
