Listen in to this episode as I discuss how to teach our grade school kids to be capable, competent, and confident. There are many ways to instill these values, but two that are at the top of my list: work and play. These two avenues provide so many teaching opportunities! We can never underestimate the value of hard work and play, especially through team sports!
