Episode 119: Moving Forward Despite Feeling Terrible

We all have situations going on in our lives that are humming in the background.  In those times our minds will create some “background” music. You know the kind that we hear in stores, restaurants, and offices. Sometimes it is really loud, sometimes it is softer.  Some days the noise in our heads is louder than others. So then what?! What can we do, but move forward despite feeling terrible?  The beautiful thing that happens is we then become “wounded healers” as Steve Young says.  In becoming a wounded healer, we too are healed.
